Here you will find some recordings to experiment with throughout the course as well as weekly recaps from our sessions. We hope you find some time to try out the different themes and styles of practices on here, to begin bringing some mindfulness into your daily life in a way that works for you.
The longer practices are good for setting time aside for developing your practice, and the shorter ones are good for accessing a quick moment of mindfulness whenever we need it in the day.

| Our theme was the present moment and reclaiming attention.
We explored different definitions of mindfulness and what it looks like as a training in awareness and way of living fully in the present moment.
We also explored the nature of the mind and it’s default mode to be overactive and spend most of it’s time wandering, telling stories and taking us away from the moments we live in.
Our practice began with the first stage of settling and calming our attention on an anchor, as a way of also reclaiming our attention and finding ways to direct it to where we want to.

| Our theme was balance in the body
We explored mindfulness of the body and why coming home to the body is such an important aspect of mindfulness, for being more rooted in the present moment and finding balance in daily life.
We explored different stress survival patterns that show up in daily life, and the different ways we can meet them with calm and kindness, and find our way back to our center.
